Built in an abandoned forge with a century-old history, a "Blacksmith" sign over a massive front door draws customers in to enjoy thick Irish beer served in this brutal but enticing atmosphere. Here everything is authentic.
No entourage or pretenders in a space defined by the refractory walls, railed tables, metal grillwork, hard forged details in cast iron and steel all covered with soot. The bar rests atop real beer tanks sitting behind glass. In the center of the pub, a piping hot cast-iron stove warms revelers on cold winter nights.
